PS 48 Bronx

The Joseph R. Drake School, designed in 1914 by C.B.J Snyder, is a landmark–quality collegiate gothic-style structure located in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx.

After decades of deterioration and water infiltration, we designed a complete replacement of the building’s masonry enclosure with a modern masonry curtain wall assembly.

This project was substantially complete in 2008.
