Located in Brooklyn, the Linden Houses are a collection of 19 buildings on over 30 acres of land.
The Linden Houses development is part of the New York City Housing Authority’s affordable housing initiative called Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT). This initiative aims to maintain and upgrade affordable housing for working New Yorkers.
Nelligan White worked with the Kraus Organization as well as St. Nick’s Alliance to create a rehabilitation plan for the development. Our team designed upgrades for Linden Houses that included new lobby spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways.
