Bushwick Health Center

The Bushwick Health Center was originally built in 1975 and designed in the art deco aesthetic. The Health Center was constructed for the Department of Health by the City of New York Department of Public Works, Division of Buildings. When Nelligan White evaluated the building, we found many of the systems have not only reached their half-life but had also been victim to severe weather damage. To address extensive deterioration, Nelligan White proposed an extensive repair and replacement campaign for the roof, parapets, windows, doors, and exterior masonry.
