99th Street Residential Lobby

The lobby of this existing 1950’s Art Deco residential building on 99th Street in Manhattan was renovated to be handicap accessible — which included the installation of a wheelchair lift — while complimenting the celebrated style.

Integral to the new lobby’s rich appearance is the cherry veneer wall paneling with bronze detailing,  terrazzo flooring, concierge desk, new lighting, and elevators.
