Built in 1926, this historic building in the Bronx was designed in the “Neo-Federal” style by Swiss-educated architect Max Hausle.
Originally it was the Old Westchester Square Municipal Court, but today it’s the Parking Violations Bureau and Highway Operations office for the Department of Transportation. This building suffered from years of neglect that led to potentially hazardous conditions. Our firm executed a renovation improving accessibility, facade rehabilitation, and roof replacement.
